STEP 5 – FRAME PAD ASSEMBLY
Youwillneed2adultstoassembletheframepadtokeepitevenduringinstalla-
tion.
A. Lay the Frame Pad (2) over the trampoline so that the springs and the steel frame are covered. Ensure
that the Frame Pad covers all metal parts.
B. Make sure that the stitched ap of the frame pad is able to be folded under the top rail.
C. Attach elastic bands to the tramp mat as shown in gure C, but do NOT pull them too tight or they will
break off after a period of use. Thebandsrequireacertainamountofslack,astheyare
attachedtothejumpingsurfacewhichwillhavesignicantverticalmovementdur
inguse.Failuretoleaveslackinthebandswillresultinthebandstearingloose
fromthepad,and/orthepadshiftingoffofthetoprailuponuse. For stability you should also
cross the band under itself when looping it around the top rail to prevent wear and tear on the stitched ends of
the elastic bands.
D.Once bands are secured, pull drawstring so the stitched ap ts under the top rail.
E.The trampoline pad should be the slightest bit loose so it “oats” a bit with movement. Keep in mind it
willrequirereadjustmentafteraperiodofuse.
F. STOP using the trampoline if it shifts during use, and have an adult readjust it.
